Caffeine is fine to drink in the mornings but if you stick to drinks with caffeine in them all day you're more likely to have trouble sleeping. Some people prefer to drink caffeinated drinks in the morning but switch to decaf from the afternoons onwards. Try and fit in more water too - it makes you feel more alert and is more likely to banish those sluggish feelings.

It is one thing to get some exercise after work, but it is quite another to focus on getting that exercise a little later in the evening.
